These terms govern your use of services provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE] limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By ordering, activating or using the services you agree to them. The VoIP Service Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy form part of this agreement.
1. Services
We provide hosted communications services, SIP trunking, and software development and integration services, as described in the order form, quote or statement of work agreed between us. Where a signed master services agreement or statement of work exists, it governs over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Term and renewal
Service begins on activation and continues month to month unless the order form states otherwise. Either party may terminate on [X] days’ written notice.
3. Free trial
- It runs for [14] days from activation and requires no payment method.
- It is limited to [X] users and to normal business evaluation use.
- Numbers assigned during a trial [are / are not] portable if the trial does not convert.

4. Fees and payment

- Late amounts may accrue interest at [RATE] and may lead to suspension under the VoIP Service Terms.
- Taxes, universal service contributions, regulatory fees and surcharges are additional and itemised.
- We may change prices on [X] days’ written notice. You may terminate without penalty if you don’t accept the change.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and service-address information, and keep it current — see the VoIP Service Terms, section 2.
- Maintain an internet connection adequate for the service, and secure your own network and devices.
- Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for usage on your account, including charges arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to secure credentials.
- Comply with laws applicable to your use, including consent requirements for recording and messaging.
6. Development services
Where we perform development work, the statement of work governs scope, milestones, acceptance and price. Unless it says otherwise: intellectual property in deliverables transfers to you on full payment; we retain ownership of pre-existing materials, tools and general know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as embedded in the deliverables; third-party components remain subject to their own licences; and changes to agreed scope are handled by written change order.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with the care it applies to its own, use it only to perform this agreement, and not disclose it except to personnel and contractors bound by equivalent obligations.
8. Warranties and disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability

11. Suspension and termination
