Services

Everything from the dial tone to the software behind it

Two practices under one roof. The phone company that can also write the integration, and the development shop that actually understands the phone system.

Under the hood

What happens between the ring and the right person

Your number, your menu, your teams — configured around how the business actually answers, not around a template.

How an inbound call is routed A customer call arrives, passes through the hosted PBX with its IVR menu, ring group and recording, then rings three extensions: a desk phone which answers, a mobile app and a browser. Customer calls (312) 555-0142 Rozmo cloud PBX Hosted, monitored, redundant IVR menu Ring group Recording Ext. 104Desk phone ANSWERED Ext. 107Mobile app Ext. 112Browser

Every call is logged and recorded on the way through, so the version of events you have is the one with a timestamp on it.

How it works

Four steps, and you are off your old system

1

We look at what you run

Current provider, bills, handsets, locations and the things that annoy you daily.

2

You get a real quote

A fixed number and a cutover date — including the answer that you should stay put, if that is the honest one.

3

We build and provision

Routing, menus, ring groups and users configured, phones auto-provisioned, numbers ported in parallel.

4

Cutover and support

We are on the line the day you go live, and afterwards you reach the same team, not a ticket queue.

One number

The same extension, wherever they answer it

Desk phone in the office, browser at home, mobile on the road — one extension, one voicemail box, one number on the caller ID. Nobody has to know where anyone is.

  • Handsets provision themselves — no technician visit
  • Calls move between devices mid-conversation
  • Holds up on mobile data when the office line wobbles
One extension across three devices A single extension badge connects to a desk phone, a browser window and a mobile handset. One extension Desk Auto-provisioned Browser Nothing to install Mobile iOS and Android

FAQ

Questions we get every week

Can we keep our existing numbers?

Yes. We port them, and porting runs alongside the build so nothing goes dark — your numbers move to a system that is already configured and answering.

Do we need to buy new phones?

Usually not. Most business handsets in service today can be re-provisioned onto our platform automatically. Where a replacement genuinely makes sense, we will tell you why and what it costs.

We like our current PBX. Can we only change the trunks?

Yes, and it is often the smarter move. If the system works, replacing only what carries the calls usually takes a meaningful amount off the monthly bill without disrupting anyone.

What does the free trial actually include?

Real numbers, real routing and your actual staff using it for 14 days. We configure it. No credit card, and nothing to cancel if you decide against it.

Do you take software projects on their own?

Yes — apps, integrations, AI work and websites stand alone as engagements. Voice integration projects simply tend to go faster when we run the phone system too.

What happens when something breaks at 4pm on a Friday?

You reach our support team, who can see your configuration and change it. That is the entire reason to buy this locally rather than from a national carrier.
