Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This policy sets out what you may not do with services provided by Rozmo LLC. It exists so that one customer’s behaviour cannot degrade the service, reputation or regulatory standing that every other customer depends on. It forms part of your agreement with us.

1. Prohibited use

1.1 Unlawful and harmful

  • Any use that violates federal, state or local law.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Fraud, impersonation, or obtaining anything of value by deception.
  • Distributing malware, or attempting unauthorised access to any system or network.

1.2 Calling practices

  • Telemarketing or autodialled calls that do not comply with applicable telemarketing rules, including do-not-call and prior express consent requirements.
  • Prerecorded or artificial voice messages without the consent the law requires.
  • Caller ID spoofing — transmitting misleading or inaccurate caller identification with intent to defraud, cause harm or wrongfully obtain anything of value. You may present a number you are authorised to use; you may not present one you are not.
  • Traffic pumping, access stimulation, or arrangements designed to generate access revenue.
  • Calling patterns indicating automated dialling of sequential or randomly generated numbers.

1.3 Messaging

  • Sending messages without documented consent from the recipient.
  • Failing to honour an opt-out request promptly.
  • Sending traffic that does not match your registered campaign use case, or spreading volume across numbers to evade carrier registration.
  • Content prohibited by carrier messaging rules, including cannabis, illegal substances, firearms, hate speech, and high-risk financial offers such as payday loans and debt relief.

1.4 Service integrity

  • Reselling the service without a written reseller agreement with us.
  • Sharing a single seat between multiple simultaneous users to avoid per-seat charges.
  • Continuous-duty or call-centre traffic on plans sold for normal business use.
  • Any use that materially degrades the service for other customers or threatens network stability.
  • Reconfiguring or circumventing emergency calling, direct 911 dialling, emergency notification or location conveyance.

2. Fair use

Plans described as unlimited are for ordinary business use by the individual assigned to the seat. Where usage substantially exceeds normal business patterns, we will contact you and discuss a plan that fits before taking any other step.

3. Security obligations

You must keep credentials confidential, use strong and unique passwords, notify us promptly of any suspected compromise, and secure any on-premises equipment connected to the service. Toll fraud arising from a compromise on your side is chargeable to you.

To limit that exposure we block international destinations by default, apply outbound spend caps to new accounts, and alert you to unusual calling patterns. Ask us before disabling any of these.

4. Enforcement

Where we identify a breach we will normally contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it. Where a breach is causing active harm — to network integrity, through fraud in progress, or where an underlying carrier or regulator has raised it with us — we may suspend the affected services immediately and notify you promptly afterwards. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to termination under the Terms of Service.

5. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of our network, call (224) 324-4050 or use our contact form. We investigate every report.
