VoIP Phone System

A fully hosted, fully managed PBX with HD voice, built and configured for how your teams actually take calls.

A hosted phone system is only worth switching to if it is configured around how your business actually answers. We do that configuration with you before anything goes live, rather than handing over a portal and wishing you luck.

What you get

A full cloud PBX: an extension for every person, ring groups per team, an auto-attendant if you want one, transfers, hold, park, voicemail delivered to email, call recording, and reporting you can actually read. HD voice on every leg where the far end supports it.

Numbers come with it. Pick the area codes you want to sound local in, or port the numbers you already advertise — porting runs alongside the build so the numbers cut over to a system that is already answering.

How the routing gets built

We start from your call flow, not from a template. Who should ring first, who catches the overflow, what happens at lunchtime, what happens at 6pm, and which calls should never go to voicemail. Most companies discover during this conversation that their current system has been doing something nobody intended for years.

Recording and history

Every call is logged with a searchable history, and recordings attach to the record where you have enabled them. When a dispute lands weeks later, you have the call. Recording law varies by state and some require the consent of all parties — enabling it is your decision and we will tell you what to consider before you do.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our handsets?

Usually not. Most business phones in service today can be re-provisioned onto our platform automatically. Where a replacement genuinely makes sense we will tell you why and what it costs.

What happens when the internet drops?

Any extension can roll to a mobile after a set number of rings, and the apps reconnect over mobile data without changing the number your callers see. We configure that at onboarding rather than on the day it matters.

Can we keep our numbers?

Yes. Porting depends on your losing carrier, so we give target dates rather than guarantees for a process we do not control.

Services

Everything from the dial tone to the software behind it

Two practices under one roof. The phone company that can also write the integration, and the development shop that actually understands the phone system.
